He has knowledge of towns through-out Long Island as he grew up in Suffolk in the Huntington-Northport area and now resides in Nassau in the Merrick-Bellmore area. Plus with a grasp on today's technology and use of Social Media, he understands it's importance in marketing a home and how it can put it ahead of the competition. He also uses his 12+ years experience in trading the Futures markets of the last open outcry exchange in New York city to his advantage when it comes to negotiating.
